1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of “So Cute!” (“our app”, “the app”), an iOS application. By downloading, accessing, or using “So Cute!”, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our app.

2. Eligibility

Our app is intended for users who are at least the minimum age required by applicable law to form a binding contract. If you are under the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the App you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements in this section.

3. Subscriptions

We offer auto-renewing subscription plans to access premium features. The available plans are:

Weekly Subscription: Access to premium features for one week.

Annual Subscription: Access to premium features for one year.

Billing and Cancellation: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Image Generation Limits: For the time being and subject to change, the weekly image generation limit for subscribers is 10 images per week. When you reach this limit, you must wait for the limit to reset before generating additional images. The weekly limit resets every week starting from the day you subscribed. We may modify this limit at any time; any changes will be posted within the app or on our App Store page and your continued use of the app after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new limit.

4. User Accounts

Users do not need to create a personal account (username/password) to use “So Cute!”. However, your subscription status and app preferences may be linked to your Apple ID or device identifier to facilitate functionality.

5. User Content and AI Generation

Our app allows you to upload photos ("User Content") to generate new images featuring cute animals or puppies using Artificial Intelligence (AI).
